ORDERING PROCEDURE FOR INDIVIDUAL NON-MEMBERS

An individual non-member subscription to JBC Online allows access for one individual. The cost for 2008 is $850. Individual subscriptions cannot be shared with others. This includes colleagues, students, and lab members. An individual subscription can be used by the purchaser only. If others require access, the institution must purchase an institutional subscription.

Individual non-member subscribers should complete a 2008 subscription order form.

Include your name, address, telephone no., fax no., and email address with the order, along with credit card number and expiration date if this is your payment method. After your payment is received, you will receive an email notification with instructions for obtaining access to JBC Online; the letter will direct you to an online activation form. (You must include your current email address with your subscription payment.) The online activation form will prompt you to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to JBC Online:

• Create a user name and password that you can easily remember
• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your customer number (included with the activation letter)
